RETURN / EXCHANGE / REFUND POLICY
Return for exchange / refund should be made within 5 days of delivery. Shipping and Handling Fees are not refundable. Return for replacement should be made within 30 days. Customer is responsible for the shipping and handling fees except in the case of defects.
Products are warranted for defects in materials and workmanship for 30 days from date of purchase, provided they have not been subjected to obvious abuse, neglect or misuse. All return merchandises should be in good condition for resale. Washed, worn, altered or soiled merchandises are not suitable for resale. A 15% restocking fee will be charged if new merchandise is returned within 14 days; within 15-30 days, 20%; after 30 days, goods will not be accepted. ITEMS MARKED AS FINAL SALE HAVE A NO RETURN/EXCHANGE, NO REFUND POLICY.
